The main pool has a great view of the golf course and the gym is being completely overhauled. The prime location to 95 makes it easy to get anywhere between Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
But when you come right down to it there is nothing that "Wow's" you about these apartments. They are bland, boring and need to be updated. It's a nice place to live but a bit pricey great if you commute to Miami and ft Lauderdale your right in the middle, plenty of places to shop and purchase groceries. If you can pay the rent on time and still have money left over you'll love it here. The first week I moved in, there was no hot water for 4 days.

You have to call yourselfto get into the gate. For the price of rent, things shouldn’t be this difficult. For the small time I’ve been here, I’m already annoyed with their services.

They take months to fix anything and usually do a bad job at it. The amenities look great, but you guessed it, they break often and take weeks to months to get fixed too. Some of the people in the front office are nice, but mostly they don't care at all. Living in Park East provides easy access to Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International, located just 13 minutes from The Upton Apartments. Another nearby airport is Miami International, located 23.4 miles away.
